Grounded Eagle Needs Help

The following story was shared with us by Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary in Wisconsin.

We recently had a bald eagle admitted to our wildlife rehabilitation program that was found down on the ground and not lifting her head.

She was in pretty rough shape. Once we were able to rehydrate her, we used a combination of EmerAid IC Carnivore and EmerAid IC Piscivore for her — and that helped the eagle quickly regain the nutrients she lost while she was down.

She recovered her strength quickly and after normal bloodwork results, she began eating on her own again. She is now flying in her cardio flight cage, getting ready for release back into the Wisconsin forests.
