The following story was shared with us by Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary in Wisconsin.
Every August we have several common nighthawks admitted to our wildlife rehabilitation program during the migration season. Some with fractured wings, some with leg injuries, and some that are on the tail end of migration that come in emaciated and weak.
EmerAid Intensive Care Carnivore is a necessary tool for helping these beautiful birds regain the strength and nutrients they need to either rejoin the migration further south or winter with us until the nighthawks return to Wisconsin in spring. We truly appreciate this great product.
