The following story about an American goldfinch was shared with us by Wild Nest Bird Rehab<\/a> in Georgia.<\/em><\/p>\n

We are a nonprofit, wildlife rehabilitation organization based in Decatur, Georgia. Our mission is to rehabilitate and release injured and\/or orphaned wild birds.<\/p>\n

This American goldfinch arrived to us with a split lower beak. The beak was able to be splinted, but the patient was unable to self-feed and needed to be on a liquid diet to keep pressure off of the injury.<\/p>\n

We fed him with EmerAid IC Carnivore<\/a> for several days. He was very enthusiastic about it and is now on the way to healing.<\/p>\n

This is one of many examples of how the Emeraid IC products play a major role in our ability to treat wild birds who have difficulty with their normal diet while in rehab.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
