She was initially on a drip, and thereafter on <a href=\"https:\/\/emeraid.com\/vet\/emeraid-carnivore\/\">EmerAid IC Carnivore<\/a>. We were able to gently pass a tube down her throat past the plug of necrotic tissue.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-11576\" src=\"https:\/\/emeraid.com\/vet\/wp-content\/uploads\/spotted-eagle-owl-jwvh-230201-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"spotted eagle-owl with infection standing on towel\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/emeraid.com\/vet\/wp-content\/uploads\/spotted-eagle-owl-jwvh-230201-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/emeraid.com\/vet\/wp-content\/uploads\/spotted-eagle-owl-jwvh-230201-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/emeraid.com\/vet\/wp-content\/uploads\/spotted-eagle-owl-jwvh-230201-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/emeraid.com\/vet\/wp-content\/uploads\/spotted-eagle-owl-jwvh-230201.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>After a course of antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and much tender, loving care, she quickly regained her strength and was soon healthy enough to be released back where she came from.<\/p>\n<p>We are so grateful that she was assisted and got to us when she did!
